Cancellations
Cancel up to 56 days before your booking and you will be charged your full deposit (including any balance of the deposit due). Cancel 29 to 56 days before your booking and you will be charged 50% of the total cost or full deposit (including any balance of deposit due), whichever is greater. Cancel 15 to 28 days before your booking and you will be charged 75% of the total cost. Cancel 8 to 14 days before your booking and you will be charged 90% of the total cost. Cancel 7 days or less before your booking and you will be charged 100% of the total cost.

A beautiful, clean cottage with two luxurious bathrooms, in stunning rural surroundings. A very relaxing base to explore mid Wales. We cycled along the Welshpool to Newtown canal and visited Glansevern Gardens. Christine and her Husband were perfect Hosts, happy to help when required but unobtrusive. My Husband enjoyed hearing about the history of Collfryn farm.

We had such an amazing stay here over new year. The cottage was gorgeous and very clean. It’s set in a stunning location and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and would definitely visit again!

We have had the most wonderful weekend in “The cottage”, Set in the most peaceful surroundings with amazing views.
The cottage was beautiful, very very clean and so tastefully decorated.
We had such a good nights sleep in the beds which we didn’t want to get out of. The kitchen was so well equipped with everything you would ever need.
We didn’t use the wood burner in the lounge as the evenings where warm but i’m sure it would be so cosy when going.
The bathrooms where very nice indeed especially the upstairs 1 with a super large sink, large bath, and a huge shower which the children loved very much.
Christine and husband were very lovely and helpful. We will be booking to come back again very soon this year. Excellent 5*
